Q1: How long is your Warranty?

A1:Usually we offer 12 Months Warranty for smart watch( details please ask by email ).

Q2: Can I get samples of smart watch?

A2:Yes! You can! You are welcome to place a sample order to check our superior quality and service!

Q3: What’s the delivery time? (How long do you need to prepare my goods?)

A3:1-2 days for sample orders
3-15 days for bulk order (based on different quantities).

Q4: How will you deliver my goods to me? How long do I need to wait before my goods arrive?

A4:You can select shipping options possibly, such as DHL, UPS, FedEx, TNT ,EMS to enable our customers get their goods rapidly at
door. We also ship by economic method such as air cargo and sea cargo, Direct line, Air Mail according to clients' request.
3-7 days for international express, 5-7 days for air cargo, 20-40 days by sea cargo.

Q5: Unable to search bracelet or connect to the bracelet.

A5:1)Make sure that the BT is on and closed to the bracelet, and then restart the phone application or BT to match
and connect again. Also, make sure that your phone system support Android 4.4 or above, IOS 8.0 or above.(Make sure your phone not
to match up too many BT devices )

2.)As BT wireless connection is interfered by signals, time for each connection may differ. lf connection fails for long,
please make sure it is conducted in magnetic field- free environments or interference- free of BT devices.

3)Re-start after BT is turned off

4)Close back-end applications or restart the phone

5)Mobile phone shall not be connected to other BT devices or functions simultaneously.

6)Whether app is operating back-end, and it may not be connected if not.

Q6:When the wristband fails to be searched by mobile phone

A6:Make sure the wristband still has power and in activated state without connections to other phones. Put the wristband near
mobile phone, if it is still ineffective, turned off BT on mobile phone and turned it on again at intervals of about 20
seconds.

Q7: Shall BT be turned on all the time ? Are there data if it is turned off ?

A7:Prior to data synchronization, the exercise and sleep data will be reserved on the wristband host. When mobile phone and
wristband BT connection is successful, data of the wristband will be automatically uploaded to the phone. But when the data
storage space for about one week on wristband is full, the system will circulate covering the earliest data; please synchronize
data onto the wristband in time.

Notice: lf the incoming call and short message reminders are
activated, BT must be kept in connection. Alarm clock
supports offline reminder.

Q8:Why the APP data are different from the distance, calorie values on wristband?

A8:As everyone's physical mechanism varies, calorie and data consumed in exercise are also different. Users shall set personal
information before synchronization to wristband prior to exercise data checking.

Q9: Why is charging unavailable?

A9:1). Confirm the host insertion direction.

2). When the host battery is lower than 3.6V there will be some
period of battery pre-charging.
Notice: Generally the normal charging state starts in 3-5 minutes.

Q10: If the wristband is worn all the time, will BT radiation damage human body?

A10:The wristband BT radiation is far below the FCC standard and can be ignored basically, long time wearing will not cause
radiation injury.
